So, Jessika Rosas visited our school to talk to a group of GCSE and A-level PE students about the importance of a Balanced Diet and how a Diet can improve your Health and Sports Performance.
During the session, our students learned why proper nutrition will help us improve in our sports practice. Eating a set of foods and beverages that are in balance and provide us with the necessary nutrients every day is of paramount importance for everyone, and especially when practicing a sport or physical activity with some regularity.
The students really enjoyed this talk and are looking forward to attending upcoming talks related to this topic.
